From WAVY Hampton Roads
With potential tidal flooding expected across Hampton Roads, some local parking garages are opening for residents. The Middle Street Garage in Portsmouth opened at 5 p.m. for residents to relocate their vehicles at no charge. Residents should park their vehicles on the second floor or higher.
