Just weeks after the most recent nor’easter left a portion of NC 12 damaged, North Carolina Department of Transportation crews are once again preparing for potential weather impacts heading into this weekend. According to NCDOT, the inclement weather is expected to hit the Outer Banks Saturday afternoon.
