A 46-year-old woman was arrested on Thursday evening after an 81-year-old died in Queens, according to the NYPD. Patricia Williams of Brooklyn was charged with manslaughter. Officers responding to a 911 call at a residence on 146th Street in Jamaica located the victim, who was unconscious and unresponsive.
