Man found guilty of stealing thousands from elderly family member

A Buffalo man was found guilty by a jury for stealing more than $176,000 from a 72-year-old family member, the Erie County District Attorney's Office said Thursday. A jury on Wednesday found 37-year-old Jamire Y. Barber guilty of one count of second-degree grand larceny.
