A new poll shows the Los Angeles mayoral race is deadlocked with less than a week until Election Day. The UC Berkeley IGS/L.A. Times poll published Wednesday shows incumbent Mayor Karen Bass and challenger Nithya Raman tied at 40% support among likely voters heading into the Nov. 3 election.
