A train riders who need to travel between the Rockaway Blvd and Ozone Park-Lefferts Blvd stations will have to find alternative routes for nine consecutive days beginning on Nov. 7, as the MTA begins a large-scale signal modernization project on the Liberty Avenue Line, the agency announced on Monday.
