A water main break left residents without water and flooded streets in Los Angeles' Woodland Hills neighborhood Monday morning. The break was first reported around 6 a.m. in the 6200 block of Corbin Avenue. Sky5 was over the scene at 7 a.m. as water continued to rush down Corbin, forcing a closure at Topham Street.
