'Gustnado' spotted in Victorville as storm moves through Southern California

Southern California is being hit with some wild weather as an El Niño-fueled storm moves through the region Thursday. Video was sent to KTLA from a motorist in Victorville who spotted a swirling dust cloud tossing debris in a whirlwind near US Route 395 and Dos Palmas Road.
