NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – A bill outlawing the horse-drawn carriage industry has passed the New York City Council, making the historic Central Park tradition a thing of the past. Romanch’s Law passed on Thursday, an agreement to end the industry in 2028 after years of deliberation.
