A Los Angeles-area woman faces a felony charge for allegedly causing a fatal crash in central Utah moments after accessing an adult website on her phone. Christine Chao, 44, of Rosemead, is charged with automobile homicide while texting or emailing, a second-degree felony, KTLA’s sister station KTVX reported.
