Round-the-clock preparations along the battered Malibu coast were in full swing Wednesday as a Pacific storm bears down on Southern California. KTLA's Omar Lewis was in Malibu as Public Works maintenance crews placed massive boulders along the coastline, attempting to protect it from another round of battering waves.
