Orange County teamsters strike affects landfills, public works services

Hundreds of workers in Orange County are picketing Monday after a strike affecting public works, waste and recycling, and community resources employees was announced last week. Teamsters Local 952 announced the strike Tuesday after contract negotiations with the county over pay increases broke down.
