NORFOLK/HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) -- The Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel (HRBT) on I-64 reopened eastbound toward Norfolk ahead of schedule Sunday evening after repaving work on both eastbound travel lanes was completed, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
