A Rochester cosmetology school for survivors of sex trafficking is introducing a free event this weekend centered around continued growth. The Rooting and Rising Expo, hosted by Miss Julie's School of Beauty, will take place inside Sibley Square by The Mercantile on Main from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
