Waterview Heights to relocate final residents, surrender operating certificate

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The President of Lifespan announced Thursday that Waterview Heights is relocating its final five residents to Lilac Manor and will surrender its operating certificate to the Department of Health. The closure comes after years of violations and was originally slated for early last month.
