IRONDEQUOIT, N.Y. (WROC) - After sitting vacant for years, a former neighborhood favorite for ice cream is coming down. The Abbott's Frozen Custard location at the corner of Culver and East Ridge Roads in Irondequoit shut down back in the 1990s.
