MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A 48-year-old man from Philadelphia has been arrested in connection with an incident that happened inside a synagogue in Manhattan on July 21, the NYPD announced on Wednesday. Shear Nobles was charged with aggravated harassment and disruption of religious service.
