ALBANY, N.Y. (News10) - Governor Kathy Hochul and Republican challenger Bruce Blakeman disagreed on a lot last night, but among the biggest spats was over the cost of energy. "I did do energy rebates just as a short-term solution, but I'm trying to build more," Gov. Kathy Hochul said during the hour-long debate.
