RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) -- Damage, torrential rains, and high winds were seen as tornado warnings were issued for about five hours throughout central North Carolina on Sunday. The first central North Carolina tornado warnings were issued around 10 a.m. with the last expiring around 3 p.m.
