Millions of energy rebate checks delivered, even more to come: Gov. Hochul

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Governor Kathy Hochul says that 3 million New Yorkers have received energy rebate checks, with another 5.2 million expected in the coming weeks. The one-time Protecting Our Wallets Energy Rebate, or POWER, will provide checks to 8.2 million New Yorkers in total.
