Ukraine has resumed drone attacks on Russian refineries on Thursday after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the energy ceasefire announced by President Trump was over. The attack struck a refinery in Russia’s Ryazan region, southeast of Moscow, Russia’s Defense Ministry and Ryazan Gov.
