NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- If you're looking for a late-night taco fix, two childhood friends want you to know they're the way to go. Jonathan “Grey” Flores and Jonathan Hernandez are the duo behind El Chuyo, a food truck serving birria tacos along 848 Granby St. and at events across Hampton Roads.
