NEWARK, N.Y. (WROC) - The family of 17-year-old Ashton Kepler, who died in a motorcycle crash in Arcadia last month, claims the Newark Central School District will not allow for an empty chair to be placed in his memory at the 2027 commencement ceremony in June.
