A man was arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old victim in Orange County. The Irvine Police Department identified the suspect as Juan Carlos Amaya, 25, of Baldwin Park. Amaya was accused of communicating with the young victim on Snapchat while he posed as a 17-year-old boy, authorities said.
