NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — A federal grand jury returned a superseding indictment today charging Jordan Isaiah Pierce, 24, with the murders of two store employees during a 2022 robbery. On June 15, 2022, Pierce and a co-conspirator stole lottery tickets from a convenience store on Kiln Creek Parkway in Newport News.
