RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Jason Adamo is a singer, songwriter and concert curator. Three years ago, he was also part of a kidney transplant chain that stretched across the world. Every year, he celebrates the anniversary of his transplant by giving back to the organization that made it possible.
