NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - The School Board of the City of Norfolk is set to hold a public hearing on Phase II of their consolidation plan. During the hearing, board members will discuss the consolidation and redistricting of school boundaries. The meeting will be held on October 14 at the School Administration Building.
