TREMONT, Bronx (PIX11) -- An affordable housing lottery offering studio apartments in the Bronx for $675 is now accepting applications. The studios are part of the Webster Avenue residence at 411 East 178th Street. Building amenities include an exercise room, on-site laundry, and 24-hour security.
