Flock talk: Replacement technology 'not off the table'

Mayor Danny Avula said Tuesday that replacing Flock surveillance cameras with a similar technology is not off the table. This comes after he announced that the City of Richmond would be cutting ties with the company once its contract is up in June 2027.
