CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (WROC) — The owner of a Canandaigua restaurant that closed indefinitely after a fire says she is devastated by the loss but is determined to rebuild. Julie Bagley is the owner of Latitude 43 on Beeman Street in Canandaigua.
