ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — While Tuesday's temperatures surged to 81 degrees, the first snowflakes of the season could arrive in just a few days. A lot of people shudder at the mention of snow returning to our forecasts, which is understandable. It almost always feels too soon. But is it actually too soon?
