NEW YORK (PIX11) - Commuters traveling through the Lincoln Tunnel may face longer commutes during peak hours on Thursday. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is advising bus riders to allow extra travel time as construction continues on the Midtown Bus Terminal replacement project.
