NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — It's been a year and a half since sailor Angelina Resendiz was killed, and one Texas congressman is continuing to push for more answers about what happened to her. Rep. Vicente Gonzalez wrote directly to acting Secretary of the Navy Hung Cao Oct.
