NEW YORK (PIX11) — New York police unions expressed their opposition to Mayor Mamdani's ordered review of NYPD use-of-force policies. It's the first such review in 10 years. It will examine whether officers have the guidance and training to respond to people in crisis, according to the mayor's Monday announcement.
