ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — For the city of Rochester, Oct. 12 and 13, 2006, each brought daily snowfall records, with 0.1 inches and 0.3 inches, respectively. But about 50 miles west, snowfall totals were far more significant and disastrous.
