Police are searching for two hit-and-run drivers who struck and killed a man riding an electric scooter in South Los Angeles. The deadly incident happened on Oct. 9 as the victim, a 35-year-old man, was riding his scooter near Broadway and 85th Street around 9:45 p.m.
