BRONX, NYC [PIX11] - Family members, neighbors and domestic violence survivors gathered Saturday to honor Nathaly Ramirez, a 23-year-old mother who police say was thrown from her 15th-floor apartment balcony by her ex-boyfriend while holding their infant daughter.
