Isaias now named post-tropical cyclone, says National Hurricane Center

The National Hurricane Center has now designated Hurricane Isaias as a post-tropical cyclone, but says Florida is not out of the woods just yet. Experts with the NHC say there is still a flash flood risk in the state as the cyclone makes its way northward.
