GULF BREEZE, Fla. (AP) — Hurricane Isaias crashed into the U.S. Gulf Coast on Friday as a dangerous Category 2 storm, hammering communities in Alabama and the Florida Panhandle with damaging winds, heavy rain, flooding and life-threatening storm surges.
