A man was sentenced to one year in jail for a high-speed crash that killed an elderly couple in Ventura County. Neil Liam Reb, 22, of Oak Park, had pleaded guilty to causing the deaths of Maria Ramirez, 73, and Alejandro Ramirez, 77, the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office said.
