Crews put 'asbestos' tape on unit door at Pembroke Towers

NOROFLK, Va. (WAVY) — Christine Bonavita said she and her neighbors at Pembroke Towers had experienced years of leak issues, but as of Sunday, she is not able to enter her apartment there for another reason. Bonavita's front door is now blazoned with red tape, which says "asbestos" in large bold lettering.
