NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - The westbound tube of the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel on Interstate 64 will close to all traffic from Norfolk to Hampton for paving work, again this weekend. The full directional closure begins at 9 p.m. Friday and is scheduled to reopen at 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 12.
